"All the variety, all the delight, all the beauty of life is composed of light and shadow."

My story
Throughout the years, after my education at the Liceo Artistico and the Scuola Internazionele di Comics in Florence, I embarked on various artistic paths: I was able to experiment with depiction techniques such as strong water productions, decorations on ceramics, realizations of illustrations for the publishing industry and commissioned pictorial works. During all these experiences I always had the desire to undertake a more intimate and personal expressiveness, which I later found in oil painting, considering it the most suitable and the most versatile for my needs.
My paintings are part of a series of nature-themed representations that I have called "Revealed Light". Warm base tones are hidden by a dark color surface and then brought out through careful and meticulous work. This is how the work takes shape, is illuminated with veiled and delicate atmospheres, and in other cases is set ablaze with bright colors that resurface from the darkness.

"Earth and heaven, in man, are respectively what man knows and what he does not yet know about himself."

My story
I have always been dwelling on shapes and lines, in which I was searching for a balance, a harmony, perhaps a condition that I associated with what for me could have a sense of completeness and definition, and I have always had the impulse to represent this search through geometric patterns or sketches.
I often get distracted, or rather, get absorbed in my thoughts made up of order, logic, common sense and my own personal values, and these are always at odds in the day-to-day with what modern society prepackages for you, and because of this an uneasiness is generated in me that can only be appeased by depicting a well-defined space where everything is calm, everything is awareness, but also where everything can be triggered and change instantly.
The elements that characterize it are the Earth, the roots and our lived experience; The sky, the most mysterious part of our being in that it is yet to be discovered and ready in allowing transcendence, a significant happening, or other kind of change; and the Simple Figures that are contained among them, protagonists of the moment depicted.
That is why it is a space charged with energy, where colors and forms are in ethereal harmony with each other and full of feeling, and within it no superfluity is manifested, but only one's own truths and values, and what can happen is nothing but the purest and most pristine personal intent.
